Do you still receive Christmas Cards through snail mail?

I perfectly understand your opinion on the amount of waste produced during this time of the year. I think that we should all push for the use of Christmas cards made out of recycled materials. That of course is for our own good.

yeah not being mean with regards to xmas cards just wish more would be re-cycled.

Yes we should be able to buy Christmas Cards made out of recycled waste paper or whatever.
But the trouble is when you can´t find any like that it makes it difficult specially if you live in a small place like we do miles out of town.

yeah thats the problem, if that was the case I prob would just make a card scan it and send it thru email

but I guess am just being a bit of a hum bug ha ha ha

I know what you mean. I do have friends who still do not use the internet and those who do but I know would prefer the conventional Christmas cards.

Wow! That's great! I used to make personalized cards too. That was when I was in high school and college. When I started working, I really did not have much time to design cards. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

I still send Christmas Cards out but they are not that brilliant. I have to really search around to find some decent ones. Anyway it´s still the thought that counts more than anything.
It´s great if you can design your own cards I have never had the opportunity or the time.

Hi book! I know how patient and thoughtful you are in sending cards. With my letter not reaching you, I think sending you a card is not a good idea.

grin, some more cards have made the way to us and I got a nice resolution for 2010, that is answer them as soon as I can and not let the people who wrote to us wait for such a long time. I will try and set aside one hour of snail mail writing time each weekend now.

I still love receiving Christmas Cards though they are not many I still like to receive them and send them although the Cards they make here are not up to much but I still send the best ones I can find.

That´s a really good idea if you have Family to send to. I don´t have that kind of Family at the moment so I just send Cards the most adequate ones I can find and I often write a little verse or Poem of my own too. Better than nothing eh. You are clever though.

Showing you care with Christmas Cards is very important to some People. I send Card to whom I can over there in England just to be able to keep some kind of connection going. Even though my efforts might fall flat on their face.
Nevertheless I still feel better knowing I have tried.
