Have you visited the swimming pool ?  

It is a common talk about going to the swimming pool.it is ay if there are swimming pools nearby then we may have to the pools present far away or not go at all for a long time. i once lived ina tow which has a well managed swimming pool.i usedd ot go there and pay an annual fee to earn swimming.and there were not basic dress available for me.so i abandoned the plan. i feel we can use the pool for any purposes like practising the very dangerous and difficult gymnastic routines .the water in the pool can act as a safe buffer or shock absorber and prevent us from getting injured. obviously it is not easy to swim in the cold winter months.swimming seems to be a safe and better exercise compared to other activities like running. we can get used to breathing under water gradually.
