How many people have had a real massage?  

I feel like there's probably some health benefits of getting massages. I've never gotten one, I don't know that I would ever feel comfortable enough with myself to make an appointment and have a massage - and the money situation isn't good for me right now either! But I've heard that they really do help relieve tension in your muscles, which allows for more oxygen flow throughout your body. Stress also has a really damaging effect on your heart, so I've heard, and so anything you can do to de-stress will help out your heart, blood pressure, and oxygen flow.

No, but I think I'd enjoy it. Although, I'm kind of uncomfortable with being touched sometimes.

What I really, really want to try though is one of those manicure/pedicure things where there's a warm bubbly foot-bath with lots of moisturizers. They're not too expensive but rather luxurious.
