Dimensions  

I do not go watching all the movies generally. Say for example Charlie's Angels or Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani.. My preferences revolve around the direction, the script, the choreography th e lyrics, the plot and the sub-plot and of course the teamwork. Of late I have tried to find a thread of links that are being shown on Star, Pix, Zee Studio and World UTV. What has attracted me is a film called A short film on Love..that's a Polish movie which has been dubbed into the Hindi version also. What te film offered is a different dimension to the love aspect. The kid is hardly in his ate teens and is already attracted to a woman of 35. When she offers him to feel free with her, he slits his wrist. This turns the whole concept of love in the woman who does not entertain guess anymore. The symbolism lies in the telescope, the binocular, the milk bottle all gathering momentum to depict the intensity of the film.
The world UTV has given its viewers a glimpse to read the mind of the director in various countries and this is particularly attracting. I have watched 'Kate and Leopold', 'An Autumn in New York', 'Devil wears Prada', 'Notting Hill', 'Something like Heaven', 'Sweet Home Alabama' to name a few. The films 'She is my Girl', and 'Viva La Cuba' had something important to convey. Films no longer remain an entertainment to me, but an inspiration to write, a lesson to learn.
