Color of 2010

Year 2009 has passed and a new color has been revealed. It's turquoise. It is the combined serenity of blue and the invigorating quality of green. It evokes peace of mind, soothes and calm your troubled soul. It is also an escape to the chaotic world bringing you into a world of ideal beauty. Because of this, well being is being restored and more positive thoughts embrace you.
As I welcome the new year, I dressed-up with turquoise shades: from headband, earrings, dress and sandals. It's a way of expressing my positive view on what year 2010 has to offer. And it is also an expression of gratitude for the blessings I received for the past years.

I do agree that the said color do give peace of mind and calmness. It was one of the favorite birthstones by other people.
