| |  I like dolls and played with them when I was a child. I am now grown up and I still like collectors type dolls. I have two antique dolls called Katie and Penny. I collect costume dolls from different countries. I love traveling so I have built up many in my collection. I think it is terrible when a child dies. I like to see happy children leading enjoyable lives.

| |  I guess I'm having a hard time seeing this cause any problems. It could potentially if a child dies and a parent is having a traumatic time with it(any parent would). I don't think it would affect the child by it looking like the child. Children should learn early to love themselves and what they look like.

| |  my nine year has a doll that is called my twin, you send in a picture of your child an they make the doll look like your child, however its not 100% look alike, your child is a one of a kind and no matter how close manufactors come to sayng the doll will look like your child it won't. and if the case that a child passes, you can always just put the doll away. i have alot of dolls from my childhood years and some are still in new condition i just pass them to other children in the family or just have them put in the attic.

| |  Having dolls that look like your child is nothing new. Back in the middle 80s they could be had. I have a doll from the Franklin Mint that looks jut like one of my granddaughters. I could send in pictures of the rest for dolls that look like them. It's the same as having a picture of the child only in 3 dimension.
The people that set around and worry about these things need to get a life.
If a child feels the need to be the center of attention a doll that looks like her isn't going to make any difference.
