so there is a gym i just joined and i want to tone, lose some weight and just be healthy. well i talked to a trainer and he told me what machines to work on. im confused though cause unless i pay more they can put me on a schedule. figures.
so i am on my own. if i want to lose weight? what machines should i empasis on ?

ok, before i can give you a good advice, can you give me what part of your body to loss some fat or to shapen? and what machine is this? is it machine for cardio exercise or for weight training?

Does the gym has classes like yoga and such? As far as machines go the stationery bike is a good one to start on. I had the trainer pick out some exercises and such and I stuck to them until I was bored to tears. Then I went back to the trainer for another session. Very important to stick with ones that help you to strengthen the core at first and then branch out.
