The Wings of an Angel  

I managed to watch Frank Capra's "It a Wonderful Life" last night. Believe me, in spite of being dated,it continues to provide the thrills of a yesterday movie. Not many would like the acting style of James Stewart, especially when he drawls. However, I thought he acted pretty okay here. Donna Reed is exceptionally pretty in her youth too. The fun element is Clarence, the belated angel to get his wings, who was given the task of saving George Baileys' life (the James Stewart persona). Saved George's life he did and so he earned his wings finally. So, the saying " Every time you hear some thing rings, it means an angel has earned his wings." is to be believed. It is true if you have seen " It's a wonderful Life". See it to relive the Capra magic!
