how do you get concealable cameras in mafia wars?

i need concealable cameras to finish a level in mafia wars. they say you get it in a lower level but i dont know where. is there a way to buy it or to get it as loot? can i ask friends to gift it?

you can get in enforcer level and do job Rob an Electronics Store but this job can you do if you have been at level 13 or more, or you can ask ur friend to gift you by put concealable camera in your wishlist then share your wishlist to your mafia.
