What multivitamins or Supplements do you take?  

I took GNC Mega Men, but they did not work quite well for me for some reason. i did not feel right when I was taking them. One-a-Day is another one I took but it seemed like it did nothing.

Becozym C forte, and supradin. Also Macalvit syrup a calcium tonic. I take these regularly and I find some phychological benefit too as I sometimes find the food that I eat may not contain the right nutrients and feel contented atleast these will take care of the deficiency!!!

i am consuming lots of proteins and minerals on a daily basis.i am taking Spirulina,Noni,Neem,Calcium and many more.Spirulina is said to be the best food on the earth.It provides 48 essential nutrients which is required by our body on daily
on daily basis.Neem provides extra support to our body.Calcium is beneficial for the bones of our body.

i'm usually taking multivitamins and calcium and sometimes vitamin c. i've got a stomach problem so i'm picky with the kind of vitamin c. i don't take them daily because i sometimes forget though. and of course, i go for natural source of vitamins like fruit and veggies as much as i can.

I also take Fish Oil tablets-I think they're necessary for all-round good health.
It's important to have a good multi-there are heaps out there.
I also take Vitality Plus which helps your brain function, energy and it's also anti-ageing.
I've felt great since taking it!
