Horrifying Phone-Related Deaths!

A remake of the Japanese horror movie, 'Chakushin Ari', I think this of 'One Missed Call' is a good effort from Hollywood. Starring mostly unknowns except for Shannyn Sossamon,it has all the thrills of a supernatural horror movie. The plot is a bit twisted though quite acceptable. Racing against time, the protagonist and a police inspector raced against time to save herself from becoming the next victim. The special effects are quite good. Believe me, it will keep you to the edge of your seat unmtil the penultimate ending.

Wow.. horror and thriller movies... i like it somewhat. this kind of stories about death phones reminds me on one of serial in friday the 13th movie.

Have not watch the Hollywood version - "One Missed Call".
It sounds interesting! However, I have watched the Japanese
version of "Miss Call" on our local television channel months
ago. It is really heart pounding as we watched the main casts
raced against time. I will watch it again if I have the opportunity
to have a better understanding of the movie.

I will watch this Hollywood version if I can get hold of the DVD.

I am not aware of the Hollywood "One Missed Call." Nonetheless, I had watched the
Japanese movie on our local TV channel with my family months back. My teenaged son was
scared, yet he watched with us to the end.
