does the type and size bed matter to you for sleeping?  

It doesn't really matter to me, but my husband has to have a firm mattress because he has back problems. We used to sleep on a twin mattress... That was fun, let me tell you! He's a trucker & when we first got married I went on the truck with him. The bed in there was only a twin & I usually ended up with my nose pressed up against the wall & almost squashed.

Now we have a full size mattress & somehow I still end up almost squashed! If I didn't know any better, I'd say my husband was trying to squash me to death in his sleep. LOL

For me it is the madras that is important. It have to be a bit hard or else I will wake up with a sore back and well have that the rest of my day. I don't mind if it bed just fit me or it is a king size bed. I don't think that shape have any importance to me either. I mean I sleep in a heart shape bed or a circle shape bed as long it have the right madras.

I am not that particular. Sometimes maybe, bhe floor is very appeling even though I haven't really done that. It depends. Sometimes regardless of the shape and size of the bed I fall asleep instentlyut if I'm tired e. Usually hotels or motels I'll fall asleep in I'm usually warn out from traveling so.

yes. I love a big comfy bed. With lots of pillows and blankets. I like to be really comfortable when Im sleeping.

Well, considering that I can sleep pretty much anywhere, one would think that the type and size of bed doesn't matter for my sleeping but it does!
a very sift bed wont work. I'd rather sleep on the floor. I like a soft bed, don't get me wrong but it has to be firm.
I prefer a large double to king size bed but can sleep in a dingle bed, temporarily.
The bigger the bed the better. Lots of pillows makes my sleep more comfortable.
My dream bed would be a round or heart shaped bed, one day. Until then I sleep on either on my double bed or queen size bed.
Although it is not very often, sometimes I like to fall asleep on the couch. I like to feel the back of the couch on my back.
So that is my personal preference on type and size of bed for my sleeping.
