Virginia: Five democrates break from their party and did the rigth thing ~  

It is my understanding 38 states are considering passing laws to band mandatory health care in their state.
Most people knows what the Obama administration is doing is unconstitutional regard to forcing people in to a health care program and fining people if they do not purchase health care.
Arizona and Virgina has taken steps to protect their citizens from health care injustice,do you think Obama will pass the democrat health care agenda this year?


RICHMOND, Va. - Five Democrats broke with their party Monday to endorse measures that would ban government health care mandates like the one being debated in Congress.
Three identical bills to prohibit Virginians from being required to purchase health care were approved on 23-17 votes in the Virginia Senate, where Democrats have a 22-18 majority.
