Is low blood pressure normal?  

My baby girl was born in June 2009 and after her birth I lost two and a half liters of blood. My blood pressure went very low and I had four midwifes very concerned about me. I had to eat lots of iron rich food. I felt really dizzy and light headed. I couldn't walk around because I fainted every time I got up. I had to go around in a wheelchair. When I did get back on my feet again I had to walk around very slowly indeed. I felt a bit dizzy and the air felt hard to breathe. It took me eight weeks to get back all my strength. I wouldn't wish to find out what my blood pressure is like now. I think you sound healthy but you could watch out for any danger signs for low blood pressure. It is sensible if you stay feeling relaxed or you might get high blood pressure next. Good luck.
