| Lady Gaga self mutilates aka is a cutter  | | | |  I was just reading a people magazine I believe it was and it showed a picture of Lady Gaga and they zoomed in on he arm. She had recent cuts as well as many older scars. Had you heard about this until now. It makes me sad to see anyone who has done that to themselvs as I did it to myself for years and it makes me sad to know others go through such terrible feelings and resort to this. Have you ever known anyone personally that self mutilates? I never knew anyone else who did it besides me.

| |  I actually did not hear about this. But I think I did know someone in high school that did it but she would deny it. I haven't done that before to tell you the truth. I can't believe that she does that. I am actually a huge Lady Gaga fan and I hope that all this fame is not making her sad because she is just so cool. She should embrace her fame and all her fans that love her.

I dont think thats what spurred me into doing it. | |  I have not heard about Lady Gaga but I do know that it has become quite popular to cut among teens in my area. My daughter has had a couple of friends that have cut themselves. It scares me. I researched it a little when my daughter told me one of her frinds was doing it and found that it is a way to express their pain in a physical manner. Is that right?

| | It is sad that so many teenagers are doing this. I am sorry I havent replied back until now. I know there are people out there who cut themselves for attention like my ex. He will cut himself then show up and show me his cuts yet he says he just doesnt feel he needs to hide it. NO thats stupid if he was just doing that then he wouldnt literally walk right through the door and say look what I did. He would just not say anything until someone notices the cuts first then tell them. My cutting I kept hidden.
