| U.S. ORDERS TO KILL Taliban In Marjah by assassination. | | | | Sounds like our military are gearing up for a big blood bath in Marjah very soon. Some anti-war Americans are upset with Barack Obama because he has ordered killed more Taliban including it's leaders in one year then George W.Bush killed in his last three years in office,do you expect the anti-war folk's to demonstrate against Barack Obama such as they did against George W.Bush over killing our enemies in the time of war? Special forces assassins infiltrate Taliban stronghold in Afghanistan. AMERICAN and British troops poised to assault the Taliban stronghold of Marjah have begun targeting insurgent leaders for assassination. Military sources said special forces had been infiltrating the town on “kinetic” missions — jargon for armed attacks. “Special forces guys have been going in on assassination missions with the aim of decapitating the Taliban force,” one said. At the British base of Camp Bastion and the adjoining Camp Leatherneck, the US marine base, troops and munitions have been airlifted in by night to avoid enemy rockets. It is clear that international forces are on the brink of a big battle. All yesterday morning, the thud-thud-thud of heavy machineguns and the crump of mortars filled the air. In a break from traditional military secrecy, American, British and Afghan commanders have announced that Marjah, the last town in Helmand under Taliban control, will be attacked. http://www.timesonline.co... | | | | | | | | | | Business Lending Contact GE Capital Today for Business Lending Solutions. fastyourtr.com

| | Isn't that what the military is supposed to be doing in a time of war...killing the enemy? Perhaps I missed it, but I don't recall even one anti-war demonstration which was held in support of the Taliban so, no, I don't expect Americans to take to the streets in support of these Taliban leaders. | | | | | | | | | | Business Lending Contact GE Capital Today for Business Lending Solutions. fastyourtr.com | add comment | | | |

| | I don't recall there being protests over "killing our enemies in the time of war". Sure, there were some VERY anti-war people against going into Afghanistan and after the Taliban but for the most part everyone - including me - supported that, even when Bush did it. Many of us wish the last Administration wouldn't have dropped the ball and allowed the Taliban to regain its strength, so it's a good thing they're being taken out now. | | Rose, I was very much opposed to the war in Iraq so in that way I did not support President Bush. However, I've ALWAYS supported our troops no matter where they were sent or whether I agree with the mission or not. Bush and Co. dropped the ball by going into Iraq and pretty much ignoring Afghanistan, thereby allowing the Taliban to regroup. I thought I already said that so I don't know where you got the idea that I was in favor of the Iraq war! Annie | | | | | | | Top Rated Mutual Funds 1. Find Top Performing Mutual Funds. 2.
