Flashlight Kitty!  

I love how sometimes when you try to get them to play with one thing, they find something else that totally interests them. They really are like eternal children. They never really grow up, do they?

I will do so!! I know that cats I've had in the past loved those things. In fact, I don't even know why we don't have one in this house right now. I do have to say though that this flashlight had the newest addition to the house looking up at the ceiling, trying to jump up there

!! The two that were actually playing with it didn't seem to fight over it. Actually, it seemed to be a bonding experience for them which is great cause one of them is still new to the house! (Got Toby a week ago, I believe. I'm losing track of time cause of stress). I don't know why it's funny to me that the youngest cat is like "I don't get what's so amusing about that"

Bollie is so cute. One of my favorite charities is a charity that helps blind cats called Blind Cat Rescue (blindcatrescue.com). A lot of their cats seem playful!! It's a shame that cats who are blind get put to sleep sometimes, as if they could not survive, but look at your cat and all those at that rescue. Anyway, sorry for getting sorta off topic. I bet your cat is a riot to be around :) He is adorable.

Thank you so much, he is the best! A co-worker once asked me when I was putting him to sleep because he had a bad eyesight (he wasn't completely blind back then, it has progressed over time and now he is completely blind. It has taken one and a half year to get that far). I was shocked! He can do everything just fine as long as we don't move things around the house and talk to him before we pet him so he doesn't get scared. He's just fine. I will look into that website as it sounds like a website I would want to contribute to, thanks for the tip!

I am glad you guys kept him alive and well and opened your hearts to him. So many wouldn't, that's what frustrates me. We don't put people to sleep for being blind or having poor eyesight. Why should we put animals to sleep for that reason? Unless the poor eyesight is actually causing them a ton of pain, I don't see any reason to put a poor blind kitty to sleep. They still have a beating heart, a lot of love and life to share! Anyways, I'm glad that you're interested in contributing to them. I always use GoodSearch and pick them to be the one GoodSearch donates to. GoodSearch is a search engine that every time you use it, the company GoodSearch, will donate a certain amount to the charity, without YOU spending a dime and they also have a thing where if you shop at certain places online, they'll donate a certain % to Blind Cat Rescue if you choose them, but I have given them my own money before too. I gave them my babysitting money. They do a lot for these cats and they are one of the few charities I trust. If I had a million dollars, they'd be the top charity I donated to!

I haven't heard of goodsearch before but it sounds like a good way to contribute without any effort. If everyone would start using this search engine imagine what we could do without having to pay a penny (especially for people who want to contribute but have little money to spare). I wish it was more known too. But because so many people focus on Google, it is not well known. I would say they should advertise it more, but the problem with that, is they need to save money to give out to these charities. Still...it's a great charitable site and idea. I'm glad to hear that Bollie is happy and well.
