Leaders VS. Followers! / myLot

What is a leader? What should a leader possess? How can will you know you have been a good leader to everybody? For me, everybody has the ability to lead but there's only some who can be really good leaders. Being a leader means responsibility and accountability. A good leader should have an influensive character to everyone. That is how you will know if you have been a good leader, influencing others lives. Which would you prefer? being a leader or just a follower?

I may be a good leader, eccept for the temper, but to follow at this point in time, no i don,t think so. Can,t i just sit in the middle and watch, PLEASE.. TATA.

Hi saphrina, can I ask you? what is TATA by the way? I always read that abbreviation or word here but I don't know what does it mean..

I think before you can be a great leader you should go under some great leaders. You need to have experience.
