| |  my dad is a certified hypnotist and a few years ago he hypnotized me to get rid of my social anxiety (i had trouble with public speaking) and sure enough, it's completely gone. i'm totally fine now.
hypnosis can do a lot of really cool things because instead of just putting a bandaid on a problem, it fixes the underlying reason for the problem.

| |  I wish I had input but I to also wonder and have checked up alittle on hypnosis. I still try to get a percentage rate of it working. More than half the poepl I have checked with have said it helps more then anyone can imagine. I yet am just not living proof of it. I hope to soon go through with it but I need a hypnotist that I trust first. Good Luck.

| |  Hi gamarep, A doctor friend of mine uses hypnosis when a patient asks for it and has had some excellent results. It works especially will for those suffering from depression and anxiety, but works for many other things as well. I had him hypnotise me once with good results. I would recommend it for others but only from a certified hypnotist. I don't believe it should be used for entertainment purposes. Blessings.

Well may be this has to be treated out more physchologically..but as per i can say, if something is hurting you, try to share it with someone and drink warm milk and do yoga, so your mind will be fresh
