New computer  

That's great you got a new computer.I'm not sure about the internet pick up.I do know people who use a lap top and they have to find a good place to use it .They try to find a place that picks up the internet best.I've asked people about it.

Its great that you got a new computer. I'm also glad to know it seems your issues have been resolved. I know one anoyance of wireless is finding a good signal. I've had it for a while now and sometimes even the router's in range, my internet will be slow because something's trying to block the signal. Try avoiding a lot of metel. That will sometimes cause the signal to bounce and may disconnect you.

im using a laptop too. some routers are like that.
that if you go to other places in your house your connection will be low. try to change your router to a better one. you can go to bestbuy and ask someone to help you get the best router.

wow you are very lucky having that kind of daughter . laptops are very good computers. you should get a new cable for connection from her computer to yours.

Wow that's great news but about internet connection i don't know much .You just walk around and see were its gives the connection that you can place your lap top there.
