Am I the only one excited for the Human outpost in the moon?  

I know it would take three decades before the human pioneers to the moon get to start the mission, We will only a glimpse of future lunar cities since we will only get to see the pioneers in 30 years (if we were all live then) China and Russian were also interested in colonizing the moon because Helium 3 is the ultimate fuel. Its was speculated that the power of Helium 3 that was find in the moon can have oil becomes obsolete in the next century. I also heard that some tourist spots were also planned to be build in the moon.
