Exercise and sensible diet is still the best ways to loose weight safely and effectively. Diet pills are expensive and addictive, you have to maintain the doses otherwise you'll go back to your previous weight with additional baggage. Enroll in aerobics or dancing lessons which are more enjoyable ways of exercise. Or you can start by brisk walking with your loved one, pet or a friend. | | | | | | |

Besides, taking diet pills can be very risky in your health too as they usually have side effects which are also harmful on our body. If you want a healthy suggestion the best way to do it is to have a proper mindset first. Why do you wanna lose weight in the first place? What's your reason? Do you just wanna get thin so that your old dresses will fit you? Or, do you wanna live longer for people. Have a deep meaning or reason about losing weight first so that you'll be more motivated. Motivation is the key to everything. Next unknown suggestion would be BALANCE. When eating, you should only eat what satisfies you--nothing more, nothing less. If you feel full, then stop eating. :) I've done this based from what I've learned in a spiritual book on how to lose weight and it worked for me. I'm maintaining my medium body for a year now. I don't know what's your religion, but this advice roots out from the Bible verse which says: "Whatever you eat, drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" Lastly, EXERCISE--the best and the ultimate way to lose weight. It does not mean you should engage instantly to heavy exercises, but you can start with doing regular household chores for 3o minutes a day, then a little dancing for an hour then to a full exercise.
