Yes, but probably not as much as I could. I compost, that is easy. I take stuff to our recycling center, sometimes. I make things out of other things, like some cute painted cans. I have used the wires left from notebooks for wire to hang crafts, they are cute and curly. I am cutting up some T shirts into strips to be "yarn", and I would also make plarn out of the plastic bags I get. I am on the computer too much to get crafting done. I have recently ordered a book for my daughter that we really like, "Rags, making a little something out of almost nothing." Even though it was out of print, I bought it used through alibris. That is recycling as well. I tend to read magazines and newspapers at the library so I do not use up the paper.

Awesome idea. Thanks so much. I actually may even make some that go in front of the toilet tank, the shaped type of rug, as well.

I do that for my entire life. I reuse every materials I bought. All that is left are the materials that are tear and broken. At home we recycle, here in the office we do that too. The back of the paper which printed on top was used as a scratch or for the internal documents. AT home all the packaging materials from softdrinks, instant noodles and ice cream, became part of our food safe keeping. All that still have a use, we use it until it tear or broken.

Of course I do! I've been fishing things out of other people's garbage ever since I was a kid.
