Burn More Calories with the Best Walking Shoes!  

Although the shoe we were during our daily walk does make a difference, I doubt any one shoe brand can burn calories 4x faster. All I know is shoes have to be comfortable enough for me to walk in, and they have to give my feet enough support while also being flexible for walking. Shoe brand companies that come out with rdidiculous claims like burning calories 4x faster just sounds a little too unrealistic to me. Most people will not burn their calories 4x faster, due to wearing a certain brand of shoes. I think the walking speed, style, and distance would be more of a factor, compared to a brand of shoes claiming like a fad to burn calories 4x faster. Yeah..

I think that wearing high heels while you do the hoovering is a pretty fun workout too.

This sounds like nonsense to me.

Research has shown that amongst the best "footwear" you can buy is... nothing at all. Just go barefoot.

This is, after all, what our ancestors did for millions of years!
