| animal cruelty, i think the person should have been sent to prison  | | | |  on the news in our country uk, london, there was an animal rescue programme on. this youth under 18 but over 16 years old, deliberately shot the male swan and his babies, leaving the female swan laying on the floor with a bullet in her neck being left for dead basically. the animal rescue saved the lady swam, but they said she was traumatised cause of the loss of her babies. this youth only got a fine for £60, that was it. i think that's pretty disgusting really. if thats all they got to pay they will think nothing of it. they probably even gave them time to pay it, like on a weekly or something. this youth deliberately killed swans in the park for a laugh. they were bleeding and suffering.
