|  I like the friendly and close relationship among co-workers. I also like challenging job in my existing job,there's always stressful moment but there's also satisfaction feeling when we achieve certain goals. I still believe our life will be meaningful and happy if we also enjoy our work. What do you think? What parts of your existing job you really enjoy?

| |  I do like to have good relationships with the people I work with, but have learned that sometimes you have to draw boundaries, no matter how much you may like your co-workers. The thing I love about my job the best is that I get to see new clients each day. There are also times that the work I do is utterly fascinating, depending on who I see and what issues they may have. It has exposed me to many different kinds of people, and sometimes when I get to talking with them, I learn something new. I really like that. It is a plus that my job is actually in my degree field and I have great pay and benefits. I am very blessed to not only have a good job, but one I can enjoy most days. Even if you don't have a job that you enjoy, sometimes you just have to make your mind up to seek out little things about it that you can be happy about...and in these times, be grateful that you have a job at all. I do get burned out sometimes, that is what keeps my head straight about work...and attitude of gratitude.

| |  I like the environment, specially with my co-workers, just like you. I think the environment is very important for me to like the job. I mean even if the pay is good, but I don't like the people then I think I would leave. It's not worth the money being unhappy and stressed all day because of other people. I also like all the trainings and the new things that I learn daily.

In my current job, My friends very close and we get along each other until we feel like one family. Money doesn't matter if we have to stress and we will become sick at the end of the day since we live in stressful situation without any help from friend.. happy mylotting | | | |

You got good point, HR people will always first people we knew when we join new company, and last people when we resigned from them..HR people is the most popular employee in one company, however if there's employee dispute like salary raise or conflict between employee and management, HR also will have to settle the issue and sometimes people will hate working with problems.. happy mylotting | | | |

| |  i dont have job right now and its hard for me to find one due to my current situation. but when i was still have my job. the best thing i like was of course the salary as i can feel all the hard work i made from it. sometimes its also frustrated that we work so hard and no one even appreciated it. then if you got the promotion the others will feel jealous about it.
