Well have you ever thought that placing the devices into the criminals may help yo prevent future crime? My point is to know where they are at all times especially is someone is missing.

That "thou shalt not kill" thing makes absolutely no sense when God laid out the penalty of death for many sins...think about it.

And as I said, if you let the Government do it to one class of citizen, soon it will be another...and another...that is how the Government works.

I see you don't know squat, because the law in Illinois doesn't have any "3 year rule"...so you evidently didn't work here. I think I probably know much more about the law than you, so don't insult me please...
