Do you have your cellphone in your business card?  

I use my cell both for business and privatelly, so I have it on my card.
I hardly ever use the fixed phone line (don't even have a phone at home!) and do all my comunication through the cell phone. There is really no need to have multiple phones, one is more than enough. You can always screen certain groups from your address book at certain hours of the day (so that only friends and family can reach you in the after work hours) ... they even have phones with two sim cards so you can do many things with your cell phone and (from my ponit of view), it is the only communication device you need.

most of the business cards i see contain the mobile number of the person and his/her position. most managers, CEOs, or those with managerial positions would be assertive enough to have their mobile numbers visible because they need to be reached asap even if it's off shift. plus most people with top position would devote their personal time to work, that includes time for leisure, dinner and recreation.

however though, i think it is just alright not to have your mobile number in a business card especially if it is a private line. and to those who strictly would like to keep personal space from their profession, i think that is just wise. =)

Do you knoe cintoy, our cell phone is more useful to others than to us. And I believe that any responsible executive is on 24 Hrs Official duty, any emergency at any time, may need his/her attention and hence cell phone should be given on visiting/business card.

Now a dyas many company gives their employees, a cell phone, which he /she uses for both personal and official use. So again a case for giving cell phone number in visiting card.

My cellphone number is written at our business card... well, it is for the convenient of our clients... we are working in a watersystem, and most of our clients live outskirts of the city so they are more prefer to call us via mobile phone... it is perhaps a disturbance to receive call at night but we have the responsibility to them...

I am self employed so nobody else will anser the phone so I need to list my number!

i have two numbers before, the other one is for personal use and the other is for business, i used the 2nd one in all my business transaction including my work and since i always bring my cop with me anywhere i go of course i required myself to put the number in my calling card or business card.

Well I dont have a business card and if I did I would provide my cell phone number on it because that is the phone you always have with you .In order to be contacted via landline you will have to be in a fixed place but a cell phone gives you the flexibility.

Yes, I do. In fact, it is mandatory to put our mobile number onto the business card. I have to deal with customers in the field sometimes. Yes, it's true sometimes we receive calls from customers at odd hours, but that's how the business goes. We really can't complain much because our company pays for our phone bills.

I have my cell phone in my business card. I find it very useful when a cell phone is included so that the person can be contacted if (s)he is out of the office. I find this more convenient for the clients.

The phone company I use for my cellphone gave me a great package. It includes 2 chips and 2 numbers so I am able to use one number for my buiseness do abouts and another number for just my family and friends. The buisness numebr is featured on my cards and other contact means, or else how would my clients get in contact with me? I use on of those cell phones with 2 chip inputs so I am able to have both numebrs operating at the same time so I don't have to keep changing chips.
