yeah, it's a big relief, i guess it was a big big test for me. but if i didn't lose my tooth i wouldn't have guts to make this video even though i have been thinking about it for quite some time.

that's good think just keep thinking and scrutinizing the canididates and keep watching the debates and search for their platforms and check the issues and scandals involving them..

can you define your version of Winnable? is it through the popularity? surveys(not) or the way they give their ideas or present their answers in the presidential debates. well, dory just keep researching and digging information for the candidates. am also looking for other candidates as well.

By winnable/winnability I mean the total package - education, ability, experience, popularity. But in our politics, you just have to be popular (yes, surveys do help), touch the heart of people (nag swimming ka na ba sa dagat ng basura...have your tried swimming in the sea of garbagesorry, I know it's terrible attempt to translate this now famous jingle of a presidential candidate) be able to project as if you're one of them (when in reality you're not), and you're good to go.

which jingle? Villars? this music was made by a band but never aired on TV. i just made a fan video of it. like gordon said, if people makes up their mind through surveys, just do the surveys forget election.

we can't let 1000 to 2000 respondents in these surveys. dictate the mind of more than 90+ million Filipinos. i learned that lesson in 2004 when i vote for GMA. i think the filipino people should practice not depending on the surveys anymore as the MEdia religiously portray in their news...

Really? It's a song by a band that never got aired? Didn't know that. It's actually a good song, but now that it's used for political campaign it won't be appreciated based on the merits of the song alone, and it will always be remembered as Villar's jingle. Good for Villar, not so good for the songwriter in the long run, but he(songwriter) must have been paid generously for the rights of the song.

I agree with you, surveys can sometimes do more harm than good, as they sway people's voting behavior. It is public knowledge that these survey companies can be commissioned by any politician who can afford them and have the results geared toward their favor. Surveys are not a good basis for choosing candidates.

Hmmmn, Gordon-Bayani...interesting. I'm actually referring to Gordon on my first response, and it makes me sad that these surveys could dampen his chances of winning this election. I'm looking at Gibo too, who is another credible candidate, but again, I haven't made up my mind yet.

regarding the bagumbayan song, i think it was done by a volunteer. i rarely see similar video with these song, at least two more in all youtube videos on the said music.. i won't go for gibo despite of him being realist, i see more initiatives in gordon, for him being prank.

So, you like candidates to buy your "vote"? what will happen if they did help your family in terms of medications, or your pregnancy? will you vote for them? just asking because we should vote to people who we think deserves better. am not basing it on ads either, and i have also watch debates, check their profiles, recent interviews in you-tube and platforms. just for me, He tops out on every one.

What makes you so hard to decide? have you been researching their profiles, speeches and debates? most specially the debates because you will know where they stand on issues of our country.

My advice is don't believe in the surveys or ads that focus too much on them. well, mine is a bit like that but it's more of a music video for me.

yes i know bit of their profile and do listen some of their speeches and debates. but does not make me decided either. it was better done than better said. must know more of what they had done for the country and not just what they are saying they will do. ;0)

Gordon and Bayani has a track record. I've been to Subic once, and it was like another foreign country. and Marikina, where Bayani used to be mayor there, wow so clean and so disciplined traffic enforcers. cause i've been there once. i believe in Gordon, he turn around Olongapo after Pinatubo, US base abandonment and Ondoy tragedy.

I know my stand now. well, you have two months to think about it, for the mean time, just research on them. ...if i know gordon, he'll do it...

You know, i didn't come to this resolve if i wasn't looking at the debates and forums in youtube. I, too was undecided last year and only this january where i am really seeing Gordon has answered almost every question thrown to him, even issues too. others have answered but am not convinced, too far from their so-called "cool" ads.

since you have internet, please do watch debates. it's some where in youtube.

That's really pathetic, but you know the worst part, this isn't teh first tiem i've heard such statements. i heard it personally, from my MOM,saw her even wrote a praise letter to Villiar website.

I told her not to mind set her in the surveys since it's only been conducted to some one thousand people or more. we can't let 1000 to 2000 respondents DICTATE the mindset of the entire Pinoy population! vote wisely derders

That's true, sometimes it's even less than 1000 people.. It's really sad, that whenever they show the survey results, it's as if they are really showing what the nation's take on the upcoming elections...

ooops, i almost lost track of issue, lol. i simply tell the people to vote wisely. know who are they voting for. enough with the black propagandas coz it will cause more confusion to the people and not helping them at all. instead, i tell them to focus more on what they did, what they can still do and what they will do. :)

how can you tell the people to vote wisely? simple. research,research and asked people who knew the candidates. and lastly, watch the debates, i think i've read in fb site of gordon that he had a dialogue in USC cebu, am just waiting for the coverage in youtube.

agree. real basis of voting and not because just anyone said so. i also heard the one conducted in la salle. i hope i can watch that. :)
