I always remember when my house almost got fired due to I forgot to turn off the stove, I was lucky that after 15 minutes left the house I realized my mistakes and went back to found the small fire had started..I was using wet clothes and water to fight the fire,in panic situation I forgot that I have portable fire extinguisher at the car, finally everything was going well..How about you? Do you have unforgettable safety moment to share?

Hi Kun, appreciate your good comment. I agree with you, I couldn't imagine what would happened to my house if I came back late. However that's become our lesson learnt and every time we go outside house must check stoves, lightings, etc.. just to make sure nothing happened.
That looks cool, sitting 25 storeys up in the air..I am sure the wind also blow very strong at that place.. happy mylotting

hello dwight,

huh! its a good thing that you do remember your mistake & was able to be back home before its too late!
with me, i can't really remember anything...except one time that i boil water, then i do mylot and get really busy with posting & reading that i already forget that i am boiling water, so what happen is the water keeps on boiling till it dries up...and later i smell something like burning...and im thinking where it came from...and huh! when i look in our kitchen, there's already a lot of smoke in there! hehelol
so i rush and turn off the stove and when i saw the pot that i use, its already black & burned and looks like its already flaming...shocked
so i don't know if it quality with this topic but all i know is that, if i didn't smell its burning, most probably it will create a fire as well! haha

Hi ckyera my good friend, appreciate your excellent sharing.. It really one of the safety moment topic we could learn our selves and share to others.Sometimes we never bother about small activities like cooking or change the bulb lamp using chair since the effect will be the serious if we doesn't take preventive action.. have a nice mylotting day..

yeah, sometimes we took things for granted that we never realize what damage it can bring...huh!
just like one incidence, that i plug the electric fan in a damaged socket! huh! as a result it sparks and make a small fire! hehe it shocked me and i get a little burn as well, good thing is that i was able to pull out the plug from the socket before it makes a bigger damaged...fear

Hi ckyera, that was interesting safety moment too..yeah You are right, electricity safety is always one of the most common happening at home..you are very lucky nothing happened and you were not get injured at that time..and only electric fan, what if it happened to you computer..Everyonelol would missed you from mylotting..Accident at road also always good safety moment to share, yesterday I almost hit one motorcycle who just crossing from left to right in the u-turn, lucky I have good instinctthumbup

hehe...yeah, when it comes to electricity at home safety should also come first, specially nowadays that we are in our fire prevention month here....
faulty electrical wiring are usually a cause of fire as well, and those damaged sockets, that's why after that incidence i become more cautious with it, actually days after that incidence i feel like i'm scared of plugging in with sockets...haha

no no! not with my computer coz i will be missing my friends here as well...hehe

aw! thanks for your instinct that nothing serious happens...so in that case who have the fault? was it the one with the motorcycle? its sometimes annoying that people tend to be careless on the road then when they get an accident, they will be blaming all people around them except themselves...thumbdown
