History Of Marshal Law In The United States 1812-1871-1914- 1993 - Kent State  

Maybe this is the first time in your life time that you have heard and seen the American people this upset with any administration.
We have spend over one year now wrapped up in the health care talks,the democrats say's just in day's they are prepared to ram their heath care bill right down our throats and they don't give a dam if we choke on it.
Yesterday CNN reported the education budget cut protest may turn out to be the biggest the U.S. has seen in a very long time.
Barack Obama and the left wing liberals are gearing up to get passed illegals obtaining citizenship in the United States,they agree they want this done some time in May or April because of the mid term elections in November 2010.
This article at the link below is about a possible coming marshal law,many people think it will be manufactured by the very govenement who is suppose to be looking out for us.
I don't say I believe or disbelieve what this article is saying,I just want you to review the number of times a United States president has issued marshal law for one reason or the other in our country.
I hope you have educated your self on the events at Kent State and Waco,Texas in both cases American citizen's that disagreed with our government face gun fire and many lost their life's including innocent little children.
Do you expect Barack Obama to call for marshal law at some point in time?




* Martial Law was declared by General Andrew Jackson during the War of 1812
* President Lincoln declared it again during the War Between the States, arresting anyone who dissented from his war-time policies, including newspaper editors and legislators!
* In 1931, Texas Governor Ross used National Guard troops to enforce limits on the size of private property!
* Much of the Pacific Coast was under martial law after the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Even worse, our country already has a history of the domestic use of the armed forces without a declaration of martial law.

* In 1871, President Grant sent troops into South Carolina to confiscate all private guns.
* In 1914, President Wilson ordered the infantry into Colorado to disarm everyone involved in a labor union dispute, including members of law enforcement and the National Guard.
* In 1993, the US Army provided advice, tactical support and military equipment to the FBI and the BATF to raid the Branch Davidian Compound in Waco, TX, resulting in the deaths of 74 men, women and children.
