Do you give out free gifts to your customers?  

when i sold avon i used to and right now, i am not selling a whole lot but i think it is a great idea to do that because it makes your customers and you feel special!

Bonus freebies are always a good way to get a repeat customer. When I used to work retail we would have sales cards and when you reached a certain number of purchases you got a discount. The customers loved that and would alway look forward to reaching that goal.

It is a good practice to show your appreciation as long as you don't find yourself giving out more than you're taking in. "Free gift with purchase of $$", also helps boost sales, but if you can offer something small with each purchase, it definitely shows your gratitude. I would certainly do it if I was in that type of situation.

That would be very nice. If I am your customer I would feel very happy with the wallet. I would feel that you really give me an importance as your customer and I think this is a good way to maintain a good relationship with customers. Nice job. I think your bags are cool too as you are doing a big part to save the mother earth. :)

i had a purse given to me from a seller as a free gift item coz i order a lot of item from her. its a personalize purse from their province and i really like it. i used to bought a lot of stuff from ebay before and so i always have a free gift item from my seller, some of them are purse, and extra shirt, a powder then sometimes a thank you notes from them. so funny to have it.

I have known you to be Santa Claus, always giving little gifts to your customers. I do not have the habit of giving any gifts to my customers or accepting gifts from customers. I am in projects and we are weary of getting into any case of bribery should there be any conflict of interest and projects get aborted.

When I was working with my Aunt who owns a Shoes Place in a Mall. I was given authority to give discount to customers. My Aunt allow us to give discount until 20%. Sometimes in order reciprocate the goodness of the customer. We tend to make the price as a whole number.

Meaning if the shoes worth 800 less 20% = 640. We make it 600 to close the deal. And the customer is happy on the discount we given to them.

With my business, I'm not readily able to give my customers a free gift, but I do try to offer different things to them such that they are getting a discount on their purchases. For example, the way that our shipping works is that it is a minimum of $4.50 or 10% of the cost of your purchase. What I will do is that I will combine several of the smaller orders to make one large order and I will charge the customers only 10% for the shipping instead of the far higher shipping amount.
