ACORN was sued by the libertarian 1851 Center for Constitutional Law. The center alleged ACORN's voter registration drives amounted to organized crime because the group turned in fraudulent forms. ACORN is the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. It has until June 1 to surrender its Ohio license.
