Virginia Attorney General Says Obama's Place of Birth Will Be Tested!  

Wanting the truth is not a waste of anyone's time. all he would have to do is produce the documents that every American citizen has the right to see. but you see he has something to hide buy not doing it. and how can you say these people don't care. It is all about the Constitution of the United States, what this Country was founded on. and only a Socialist, or Communist, King, or Dictator would think that he is above the people. He is Supposed to be the President of the United states. He is not above our laws, He works for us. We the People.

And you are right this country needs change but not the kind of Socialist change that is being made right now. You need to open your eyes and take a good look at what is happening. The bigger the Government gets is Socialism, and Communist. and right now Obama is taking us in the wrong Direction. All the spending that he is doing is going to bring this country down, and if it keeps going in the direction that he is taking us we are not going to have any rights left,He is trying to cram things down our thoughts that we do not want. the majority of people in this country do not want health care but he does not care he will use all the strong armed tactics just like the Mob would do to get his way....that is a dictatorship not a Presidency..........

What we need to do is to get back to the way this Country was set up by our forefathers.

I agree that Obama is not above our laws but why do you insist that he be placed below them? All he has to do is produce the documents you say. Have you forgotten about the lawsuits? Have you forgotten that every American citizen has the right to defend himself in court? Have you forgotten that every American citizen, when faced with a legal action, has the absolute right to keep his or her personal information private until such time as a judge determines otherwise? Why should Obama not be afforded the same rights as every other American citizen...because you and a bunch of other folks wanna see?

The thing about it is this...the documents have already been produced. Obama was born in Hawaii, after it was admitted to the union. People need to get over it already. He is the commander in chief whether they like it or not. Most of them couldn't define socialism if it bit them on the nose. It is a poor tactic that has long since run its course. The majority of the people in this country DO want health care.

Obama has paid more then one million dollars to keep his birth records under lock and key,do you not smell some thing very FISHY with that alone.

Apparently it doesn't smell fishy to the Congress who have taken no action to require any proof from the president. They can force it...they have the power to impeach...not some wacknut lawyer who uses gullible military personnel to pursue her vendetta. Why aren't the Republicans in Congress pushing this Rose?

they don't need to. they are leaving it in rose's capable hands. i am not altogether convinced that continuously pushing something on a social site makes a great deal of difference but the will is certainly there.

If he was not born in the United States he does not have the right to be president.and if he did not have anything to hide why won't he produce the documents that some of the Citizens of this Country are asking to see. When some one fights so hard to keep secrets that tells me that their is a problem with them, and if he is fighting so hard to keep the document of his birth secret...what else is he keeping from us. he is hiding something so small and so simple. what big thing is he hiding

He most certainly does have that right unless a judge orders otherwise. What kind of country do you think this is where a wackjob like Orly Taitz can demand that someone...anyone...provide them with personal information just because they have a theory with no proof and that peson is required to submit to her demands? Why do you think hers and Berg's cases have been tossed out of court after court? Would you run right out and gather up all of your personal information if it was you or would you expect the legal system to work correctly? No one is under any obligation to cooperate with someone who files a legal action against them. Didn't you know that?

Where were the birthers when it was brought to light that McCain was born in Panama?! Hmmm......????? *crickets chirping*.....didn't think so.

John McCain was asked by the democrat's to produce his proof that he was an American citizen with out delay John McCain gave them all his birth information which proved he indeed is an American citizen.
So what's up with your boy Obama where is his proof oh I forgot he has been hiding it at the tune of more then one million dollars.

Orly Taitz was representing more then one hundred men and women in our military.
Every one of them took a oath to protect the United States from all enemies foreign and domestic.
They did not take a oath to uphold the president of the United States.
Because each of these more then one hundred military personal life's are on the line this gave each of these people standing.

The military has standing in regard to knowing if Obama is actually an American citizen.
They call people like me birthers but these same people where first the birther's in John McCain citizenship question.
The American people do a right to know if Barack Obama is an American citizen after all he has placed all of our lives in grave danger.

Well Kennyrose when Obama was sworn into office what was his Oath and what did it say? 100 credit card companies could come after me asking for my social security number does that mean I just hand it over just because they hire a lawyer? I dont think so. The courts will work it out and I honestly believe in the end we will find out that he is indeed born in the States and this will all be behind us.

grammasnook - i doubt that will put the whole thing behind you. a good konspiracy does not get shaken off so easily. stories about how all the papers were faked when he was born or something will spring up immediately.

You're right, jb, and we'll also hear from Rose that he still can't be President because both of his parents weren't "natural born citizens", which is BS but that doesn't stop our Rose...lol!
