Let's talk about dogs/cats rights, freedom?  

There is a serious problem in my country with the over population of dogs and cats so the responsible pet owner has their pet spayed or neutered unless they want to breed them and find homes for the offspring. I had both of my dogs spayed before they went into heat so neither one of them knows what they are missing. They are happy and content, well cared for and loved.

vine I live in the U nited states where we have a huge problem from dogs running loose and breeding and then people dumping the excess puppies, these are not good, they are not responsible pet owners.now most people spay their pets so they can care for them and not have so many animals that they cannot afford to keep them and feed them. these pets are happy, well fed and cared for and loved. wild dogs become very dangerous as they revert to being wild feral animals.Some do breed pure bred dogs but this is done carefully and responsibly and the dogs are sold as pure bred show dogs. no the pets of responsible pet owners are not hurting in any way at all. You are talking about pets not human beings. there is a vast difference there.

To mate your my dog is a big responsibility, before mating my dog I have to make sure my new puppy will be in good hand. I think its not limiting a freedom sensual pleasure ( do you think they like human?, they only mating twice a year) its our responsibility so this beautiful creature not end up in street and become wild animal. I think its better to neuter my dog after 1 times breading, so I can keep the puppy my self. they say female dog before neuter its better to let breading once to avoid ovarian cancer. I don't know our mating month here, its often mating base on female dog loop circles, and we mating our dog base on that.

As I have observed with my three male cats named; Tiger, Felix, and Sylvester, every three months their hormones are activated. Of course I do not deprive them of their liberty to mate. The only hassle is that they are very noisy and sometimes trouble starts if there are some cats who'll compete with their being sexually active. During their mating period, they sometimes forgot to eat; so I'm always expecting them to be thin and even get sick. I bought in advance the complete cat food, I mean the best quality cat food so to bring back the nutrients lost during mating season.

i dont think its called making love- just breeding with animals, infact the female often doesnt seem too keen on the whole idea and it only happens when she gets cornered.....am I digging a hole for myself lol
Yes thatere are too many strays in this country too we have a catch and neuter policy to help with the problem

yeah ,through such long time,the dog or cat can't live without human being.They are raised by famliy.So we can't just leave them return to nature.They have no ability to survive.I think ,right now,we have nothing to do but take care of them ,and try our best to do things better for them. And those pet lover will have a happy life because of these animals accompany.

Honestly, the world is a bit overpopulated with both people and dogs, as well as cats. Because these animals are domesticated and hopefully "fixed" there is no harm in keeping them inside. If an animal is fixed, they do not have the desire to mate or run looking to find one. Also, an indoor pet has a flea collar and gets baths and also better food than he may find living wild or on the street, plus, a comfortable place to sleep at night and also veterinarian care as well.

If ya dont want them to mate ya get them fixed.
or keep them behind tal fences.

They don't have rights. They are food. Food does not have rights.
