Diamonds are a Girl's best friend  

I know someone close to me who always says that diamond is a girl's best friend and I believe it is true ;-)

Probably not. It really depends from what country you are. I've read somewhere that other communities value their cows more than the womenfolk. So putting value on something depends on a community's culture.

Diamonds could be one of a girl's best loved object but a best friend? Nah, I don't think so. I'm a girl and have never bought anything with a diamond (because I can't afford it, and no one's ever given one to me LoL) - I guess I remember sometimes wishing for one, but no I don't even think about it so often. I'd like to have one though. Just for keeps.

not totally, but I like jewelries, it fascinates me. Those who have money they treat diamonds as their bestfriend but to poor people like me, I rather buy food or invest the money i only have rather than buying diamonds. And moreover, I don't have the proper dress to match the diamonds in my body and face features, i rather keep the diamonds when someone give me one. And diamonds is sparkling in the eyes of the snatchers

Definitely not, I love diamonds but I never consider/value them as my best friend,instead I can say diamonds are forever.Their value in the market never drops unlike gold,white gold,pearl,jade and whatsoever.So when it comes to diamond it just as normal jewelry for me, the most valuable one is the one who gave and tried his best for me.

Diamonds have medical and industrial applications but I'm not much of one for shiny things like that. The diamond trade isn't one of the most ethical and you have to be pretty shallow to value bits of rock over other people.

Diamonds are the most beloved among women. Which woman doesn't like to show off the huge diamond ring that they wear on their fingers? I think diamonds to women are like cars to men - they are a sign of prestige and status. To say that diamonds are women's best friend may be an overstatement. Jewelery would be a more suitable word.

I don't know about a girl's best friend, But, there my best friend, (smile) They are beautiful. I have a couple of dimaond rings that I treasure very much, Mainly because of what they stand for. I know did'nt what my husband had went through to get them until later on. He once worked 7 days for two months to get me a ring he had saw. I never saw it coming, he was always a hard worker so I did'nt think anything, I was so worried about him being so tired. All he would say is he had to work right now, so, I let it go. Our anniversary is in september and so is my birthday. Our anniversary comes first, We had went to dinner, watched a couple of movies, I thought it was a perfect day,He said I have one more give for you. I did not see that coming at all...He handed me a ring box, I opened it, and it was the most still is beautiful ring, I have ever saw ! 6 rows down 10 rows across diamonds..designed in a box shape. I will never forget more of what he went through to give me diamonds from his heart. The thought that he saw it, and thought of me is worth more than ring its self. Thats what I think make my diamonds my best friend...There's a story behind each one. To be honest,I know there are beautiful, but, whats makes them more beautiful is that someone can look at a piece of jewlery like that and think of you and work so hard because they think you are so worth it, shines more than the diamond its self and I told him, There really no price on what he had given me.....
