Should I give Tim a key to my door? I think so :)

I was sleeping about three this morning and Tim called. Asking what I was doing. I was sleep and he said he was on his way. Which was all I wanted to hear. So I went back to sleep and MIke who sleeps in the living room woke up to open the door. I think I should give Tim a key so I can not be woken up and Mike won't as well.

I don't care what time he comes to my house. I just don't want to be having to wake up to open the door. I was very happy this morning when he came as well. I don't have a clue what time he left this morning. I was still sleep. I hope your having a good day like I am. Time to head out in the nice weather. Thanks

I think it partly depends on your friendship between you and Tim, and your feelings about him.
Generally, it is a very bed thing to be interrupted by someone else knocking the door when you are asleep. if such things frequently happened to you, i think it is better for you to consider giving Tim a key to your door.

Poor mike is waken in his sleep all the time al hours of the night. So I will be giving him a key in a few days. Mike sleeps in the living room so he is always the one to hear the door.

If you do not mind Tim coming to your house at any time, by all means, giving him a key is the best option. For me, I would make arrangement for him to be at my place after a certain time. I still want my privacy. lol

I don't mind Tim here when he gets ready. I know he won't go through my things. Plus he can't be here at a set time for the most part. he is like the taxi driver for the family. among other things.
