Will consider Parkour as sports?  

well, i really don't know, but think that i will, because it looks like a sport, there are also many movements there, it also demands some exercises and also a strong body, so i think it is really a sport and not just a hobby or a game!

I have seen a lot of parkour videos and i like it a lot i`m not in my best shape bu if i were i realy will try it and i think that it can be conside as a sport in many other sports people can be dead in seconds too (i mean sky, snowboard, blades, bmx and many others) but they are consider as sports so i thing that this one can be consider as a sport too.

Yeah, Parkour is really cool and David does it really well. Well, I would not consider Parkour as a sport, but I would rather consider it as a hobby or an art!
The word Parkour itself says that it is an art of moving! So, Parkour is more of an art than a sport or a hobby. But, I think freerunning is equally good!

It's hard to answer this question. On one hand, it has a huge amount of physical activity and it has some general "plan" on what a person should do. But on the other hand, sports games and activities have certain rules and standards. So yea, it's hard to give one certain answer to that question.

even though i did not watch the video in youtube. i can imagine how dangerous that parkour is. it should not become a sports because life would be in danger of those people who will participate in parkour if it will be approved. if i have a child i will not let my child parkour as a hobby. nowadays youth are trying some things that could give them a thrill in their life and not the bored one.

it's been introduced here where i live. you need good legs, a high level of energy and stamina and a quick, decisive head. you need to see far and therefore your head must be faster than your legs. yes it is a sport. but i don't think it's a competitive sport unless there are rules and how scoring is to be done. so to me parkour is a hobby. i think it can be dangerous because you have to be extremely alert.

I would definitely consider Parkour a sport and I would say that it's a sport that requires a little bit more talent then quite a few of the sports out there. It requires grace, balance, and speed and a lot of coordination as well. If you were to slip up at the wrong moment you could get seriously injured or die depending on the heights you were performing Parkour at.
Parkour is a very intriguing and beautiful sport and I remember the show on G7 called Ninja Warrior which was basically a course designed for the sport of Parkour. It was one of my favorite shows but I'm not sure if it's on any longer. Contestants on the show needed some serious physical condition and physical talent as well as a sharp mind. Great post Parkour's very cool.
