| Teesri Manzil: The Hallmark of a Good Classic Movie  | | | |  Looking back at all the great classic Hindi movies, I cannot recall a movie that captured my heart and soul so much as Teesri Manzil. It was a wonderful movie produced by Nasir Hussein and starred Shammi Kapor and Asha Parekh. The music of the movie was incomparable. R.D Burman is indeed a genius.The songs are so melodious and meaningful. Wonderful movie. Can anyone remember this movie? Shammi Kapoor's wife died during the movie and his grief on screen was real.

| |  Hi Jonjee, yes indeed. :) Very good music there. :) Asha Parekh was absolutely stunning in that movie. :) But in so far as numbers go, I would rank Kashmir ki Kali better. Nigahon nigahon mein kar k ishaara.. Sharmila Tagore truly looked every bit a young Kashmiri girl there. :) About Geeta Bali, was it during this shoot? She died of small pox!
