The Elvis isn't dead and Marilyn Monroe was alive theories  

From what I remember about these two deaths.
Miss Monroe was a drug overdose wasn't it? and Elvis Presley's was a similar thing.
I don't remember Miss Monroe's being on TV,I think I was too young but Elvis' death was very well reported and the thing that struck me the most about it was ,his daughter was about 8 years old and found him dead on the toilet.
To me, Elvis was not the sort of person to want his drug habit known outside his own circle and would have been horrified to think his little girl should discover him.
It makes me think that his death at least, was perfectly true.
As far as Miss Monroe is concerned, she lived a dangerous life and died because of it whether from drugs or murder I don't know but if I were going to fake my death, it would be in the manner that Robert Maxwell disappeared (at night ,disappearing from a boat and never seen again).

Hmm. Really freaky! I don't know why. I don't think I will believe that. Although I wasn't alive when the two events happened, I think those are really just humors and nothing more. I guess, some fans just don't want these icons to die, and so they make up stories.

When I was a teenager I read a music magazine where there was an article about Elvis. In the article it said that Elvis was still alive and that Paul McCartney was dead. The journalist wrote that Elvis faked his own death and that Paul McCartney had died and had been replaced by a person who looked just like him. I told my mother about the article and she laughed when she heard about the rumors. She said that rumors like that had been around for a long time, and that they were just just rumors. I tend to agree with her, and I don't really believe in those rumors.

I personally believe that it is more likely that Elvis and Monroe are dead but there are logical reasons for them to still be alive. Marilyn Monroe for example had many lovers and affairs including former presidant of the United states Kennedy and Kennedy's brother. If Marilyn Monroe threatend to go public with this the Kennedy's would of done anything to stop her to protect their reputations so it is possible that they could of made her go into hiding. The Kennedy's had power and money to achieve this and it woulden't of been to difficult for such powerfull men. Elvis was slowly killing himself during his time of fame and because he barley left his country and never before lived an exiting life he may of just wanted to go back to how things were also Elvis's manager made more money in his death then he ever would of done alive.
