|  There is a chance that i might be turned into a team leader of a new account in my company, its a Caribbean account,I found it overwhelming since I'm already used with American clients. Plus I dont know if i can pull off a Caribbean accent. I dont know will be irate or nice on the telephone. Any agent here who had tried working with some clients from Caribbean clients?

| |  So albert, no idea on this part. But I am engage in local clients here in Philippines. I believe carribien clients are more on sophisticated kind of accent, full of flowery words, and confidence in speaking.

| |  I haven't encountered a Caribbean account. I only handled US, UK, and Canadian Clients. I was previously working in an international travel agency and I need to do some outbound calls to some international airlines. That part is really difficult since you will encounter a lot of accents from different country.
