By the time that this model comes out, there will be a lot newer and faster phones available on the market. Honestly, I don't know what phone model you are talking about because you didn't specify it.

I've always trusted Nokia. They have produced multiple lines of cell phones. However, there are some models which lags especially the N series. Anyway, you can always trust this brand.. :)

Well, you're not really being specific about the model number. Almost every cell phone manufacturer comes out with few new models in 6 to 8 month on average. If you're talking about Nokia in general, I've used them before & never had any problem with it. I don't think you can go wrong with buying nokia. I've never had any problem with other brands either so it's really a personal ppreference, I think.
