| why are tennis players so rude ?  | | | |  why do tennis players always throw their spare ball away on the ground, wouldnt it be more normal to pass it to the ball-kid instead of making them scramble for it.
Or am I just being too British and polite ?
Maybe they are told not to pass it directly, who knows, but noone ever does it !
are they meglamaniacs or just concentrating too hard to be bothered with being polite - lets have a heated debate!

| |  Most that I have seen throw it back in the general direction of the ball-kids. They just don't want to break their concentration by turning around and looking for the ball-kid. Also, it would probably slow things down. Now some players are very rude, Serena Williams for instance that last years U.S. Open.

| |  yeah, you notice that too.maybe because its already a practice in all pro tennis players, its not rude, they just don't want to be distracted, and its the job of the ball boy to get all the balls right, i think its also an honor for them, i would just dream that i would be in that court with my idol tennis player.
