Rokurokubi (Elastic necked monster)  

Unlike folkloric monster, This one is actually a very funny one, In Japanese Folklore they said that everyone can actually turn into a Rokurokubi. By day time they look like normal people but once they get at sleep at night. Their necks will stretch and roam around the town. As in they can travel like a snake because of their stretching neck. They dont hurt people but people who sees gets scared for sure. So do these creatures turned into a nuisance? Lets say you are a Rokurikubi and your head and neck started travelling when you fall asleep, You have 2 friends who were talking about a secret and your travelling super long neck attached to your head heard it, once you woke up in the morning, you will spread the rumors. They dont kill people they just love making jokes,pranking and spread rumors.

They may attack people though if you were mean to their human form.
