It is most interesting Obama has legal defense teams representing him in number of eligibility law suits cases all across the United States.
As well Obama has paid close to 2 million dollars to his legal defense teams and court fees,odd a wise man like Obama would even think of doing such a thing if he had proved his American citizenship at any time,THINK?
I think if Obama had ever actually proved his American citizenship there would be not one eligibility case filed what would be the point?
To boot judges would not be sitting on the beach listening to hour's of testimony if Obama had at any time proved his American citizenship,THINK?
Speaking of Barack Obama's mother Ann Durham a white women born in the state of Kansas,Barack Jr is not black person, a white womb in a million year's just can not produce a black child,Barack Jr is of mixed race having a white mother and a black father.

The state of Hawaii has certified his birth just like my birth had to be certified. The state department has investigated this and determined he was born in Hawaii.

DNA proves that we are all of mixed race.

Any idiot can file a lawsuit in America. We spent hundreds of millions of dollars to find out that the Clinton's invested in a really stupid land deal, not unlike millions of Americans have done over the last few years. Millions of dollars and thousands of man hours because sombody did not like the Clinton's..

The last several presidents have had to spend lots of money defending against stupid lawsuits on both sides of the Isle.

None of this is the point. We have real problems in this country. 50% of our kids are not graduating from a school system that can best be described as barely education (have you hired a recent graduate lately? These poor kids cannot read or write).

We are fighting two wars, we decrimialized (called deregulation) big business pratices to the point of complete free for all in the business sector including stealing and killing yet when anyone suggest we help small businesses the left and right go ape s--t crazy. Small companies still provide 80% of the jobs in this country, it used to be 92% when Mr. Regan took office.

We have allowed three or four corperations to take full possesion of our news in print and on the airways in just the last 15 years, there is no concern for poisening our populace with any chemical any company decides it wants to use in the production of food or material goods.

Mr. Obama won the election if folks don't like it then vote. I have not liked six of the last eight presidents but I don't think non since issues really matter.

Stop buying into the left and right aurguments there is no such thing. There is not a single serving Republican that I can name that is a true conservative and there is not a single Democrat I can name the is truley liberal.

The right has ruined the very idea of conservative and the moderate right are now all democrats there are no true liberal ideas running around in our discourse and there are certainley no true libatarians serving in federal office.

The state of Hawaii is satisfied and has investegated this, that is good enough for me. Mr. Obama has way more prrof he was born in Hawaii then I have that I was born in Colorado, he has a news paper anouncement of his birth that I do not have, and I hope no one decides that my birth certificate is not real.

Hiring lawyers costs money, regardless of the merits of the case being defended against. Sometimes, it's possible to get a court to order someone to pay for the other party's legal fees, but not always.

The fact that President Obama has proven his native birth and citizenship exactly the same way any other resident of Hawaii does has no bearing on whether someone can bring a lawsuit. On the other hand, Orly Taitz has been fined for filing frivilous briefs regarding President Obama's native birth and citizenship. Do you have any idea how utterly well established a fact needs to be in order to get a court to declare your briefs frivilous? Asserting that President Obama isn't a native born American citizen and asserting that the income tax is Unconstitutional are pretty much the only ways to score that special "honor."

I'm not sure what your point is regarding President Obama's parents being a white woman and a black man, or how you think such parentage would make the President not black.

Metallion, rose's often revealed personal prejudices make it impossible for her to acknowledge that Obama is anything other than white. This is why she continues to focus on his mother's white womb whenever anyone comments that the U.S. has a black president.

Rose also refuses to acknowledge that producing any documentation to the likes of Taitz and Berg will not stop them in their quest to use hatred and prejudice as a means of making a name for themselves and earn some money. She also turns a blind eye to Obama's right to defend himself against these lawsuits yet will bemoan the high legal expenses Sarah Palin incurred when faced with similar situations. In Palin's case, these lawsuits were indeed frivilous and she heartedly agrees with the decisions of the courts. In Obama's case, the well thought out and crystal clear reasonings expressed by the various judges who ruled against Taitz and Berg are wrong and they should be kicked off the bench. This is prejudice at it's worst.

And, Rose, don't indicate who can and cannot read your discussions. The discussions here are for every member of mylot...not just those who agree with you.

Note the attending physician name dose not appear or any other person attending the delivery such as nurses and medical attends.
I have heard in 1961 black people was not called African their race was listed on legal document as being black.
There is a original document behind this piece of paper that would be much more detailed including the child foot print.
As well where both parent's was employed or in this case students,parent's address,and the number of birth the mother had prior.
What has been asked for in each eligibility case is the original birth document,which Barack Obama has refused to allow the plaintiff's attorney's to view.

The Hawaii court clerk has said she has seen Barack Obama Hawaii birth certificate,I find it rather odd the court clerk was allowed to see Obama's original birth certificate but not the questioning American people which would end this on going eligibility controversy.
Maybe the Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle has said she has seen it as well,same question then why dose Obama refuse to summit to the American people,attorney's or even to the judges listening to the eligibility cases his long form birth certificate and end this almost 2 year old eligibility controversy?
People have said because it is no one business,this would be true if he was not holding the office of the president of the United States.

Rose, I read an article that said the Director of the Department of Health for the state of Hawaii issued a statement verifying the legitimacy of his birth certificate.

"Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate."

Neither of these folks are employees of any court, Rose. They work for the department that keeps these records and, as such, are permitted to see them. You are also mistaken about when the term "black" became widely acceptable...it certainly wasn't back in 1961 when "African" or "Negro" were widely used. I've told you a million times why Obama isn't releasing his personal information to a pack of slimey lawyers who are out to get him...it's his legal right not to. As far as the judges go, anything submitted to the court is also available to the attorneys (this goes both ways) so, again, why would Obama or anyone help the the people who have filed suit against him? Unless a judge orders him to, he doesn't have to do a damned thing and so far no judge has agreed that any of the plaintiffs have presented a valid case for violating his right to privacy.

Your contention that Obama loses his rights because he's the president is ridiculous. As I've told you before...and will tell you again and again...he is not above the law, but he is not below it either. Just because a bunch of folks wanna see doesn't mean that they legally CAN see. There are strict laws regarding access to birth certificates and those laws need to be followed equally.

This, too, is wrong, Rose. The Fourteenth Amendment states that all persons born or naturalized in the United States, are citizens of the United States. His parents don't matter...he was born in Hawaii. If what you claim about the parents were true then the children of illegal immigrants who were born in this country would not be considered citizens of this country...and they are.

Spall and valentine, did you notice that Rose made one of our points for us for about the one millionth time - that submitting (not summitting...lol!) his "long form birth certificate" won't convince her or others like her one bit since they're holding on to the false belief that since both of his parents weren't U.S. citizens he can't be either no matter WHERE he was born! I have learned if one parent is a citizen of the United States and the other is not a citizen of the United States their newly born child is an American citizen due to the one parent being an American citizen if the child was born on American soil.
If Obama Jr was actually born in Hawaii August 4,1961 beings his mother Ann Durham was an American citizen Obama Jr at birth was an American citizen.
The pot thicken when at the age of about three year's old Barack Jr's mother Ann Durham married a man from Indonesia.
Ann and her new husband LuLu Soetoro moved from Hawaii to Indonesia taking the young boy Barack Jr with them.
After arriving in Indonesia LuLu Soetoro legally adopted Barack Jr and the boy name legally was changed to Barry Soetoro.
By adoption did Barry Soetoro become a citizen of Indonesia?
For what ever reason Obama refuses to produce any proof of his American citizenship,as well Obama refuses to come forth with his adoption papers,and in no freedom of information act has there been found any evidence Obama Jr changed his name legally back to Barack Hussein Obama Jr.

In my personal opinion I believe Obama Jr was born in KENYA,believing Ann his mother was a very silly love struck 17 year old pregnant girl letting Obama Sr talk her in to going to KENYA to meet his family,I believe Ann when in to labor while visiting the Obama family in KENYA and gave birth to her son Barack Obama Jr in his father homeland KENYA.
The bottom line in my opinion Obama needs to hand over all his legal paper work that would completely clear up any and all misunderstanding the constitutionalists have in regard to his true birth place and his citizenship question.

If you should have it please post it here. The new term you have stumbled across for the birther movement, Constitutionalists, is catchy but...again...mistaken. You people are far from Constitutionalists as you eagerly and regularly ignore that most important document in your quest to prove your theories about the president.

Not one member of the House or Senate, which is the only branch of government with the power to impeach a president, has called for an investigation into the president's citizenship status. This tells me, more than all of the speculation put out there by Rose and people like her, that there is nothing there.

* There is an exception in the law — the person must be "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States. This would exempt the child of a diplomat, for example, from this provision.

Anyone falling into these categories is considered natural-born, and is eligible to run for President or Vice President. These provisions allow the children of military families to be considered natural-born, for example.
