Are there any wigs that actually look real??  

They do make wigs out of real human hair that look very natural. The problem is that most people can not afford to maintain their wigs and have the proper styling done on them. Also proper fittings must be done to make sure that the wig fits appropriately and looks natural.

When my aunt had cancer and was going through chemo her regular hairstylest was great. She would allow my uncle to drop off my aunt's wig, fix it properly and then have my aunt come in an secure it. For many weeks no one knew that my aunt had lost all of her hair. And thankfully the sylist cared so much for my aunt that she did not charge her nearly what her services were worth.

I think the ones that look the realest are called Front lace wigs - they are really expensive from what i recall when mom looked at them for my sister when they were talking about chemo for her.
