Which is the best free webpage designing software ?

As vacations have started for me I am planning to launch a website of my own . I want to design my own website but couldn't find a good website designing software. As I don't know much of HTML coding , it would usefull if the software has a Graphical User Interface like that of Frontpage. Please help me.

I think you may try macromedia dreamweaver software.. because it is a web page designing software.. and many features also available in that software.. also you can choose any languages like HTML, DHTML, PHP, JSp.. etc with this software.. so please try this software.. because it is a best software for designing software.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always.. happy
