no help from ins no help from femma stuck in neptune beach trying to finish repa

i had honeowners which paid 20% og repairs you had to come up with cash and complete repairs before they would pay balance. there was to much to come up with as i am 68 year old disabled widow and served in merc marine myself for yrs, i have done repairs little at time as i could get the cash meantime their was a lot more damage than thought after water from hurracaine subsided.i am having to pay mtg pymt as well as rent where i am can get no help femma told me to wait for ins pay to date this has not been settled. now they sat times ups no more help. i still have outside repairs to house t-11 badley damaged have not been able to pay for rebuilding of fense. and now trying to figure out how to pay for move home they want 2400.00 i slept on air mattress while on concrete floors after 7 back surg and i have a morphine pump inside of me. i did the yard clean up myself took quite a few months at my age and im slow but i slept on floor just to be home the water dept charged me 780.-- to get water back on as they said they did not have an address so even though their was no water they charged 30.00 late fee per mo and 30.00 penalaty mo they were given add when water was disconn nothing was used till reconn in march 06 and it cost 780.00 also 500.00 deposit to reconn elect. the while house was empty it was vandilized. i am now between neptune beach and palm bay trying to move myself but cant drive u haul or can i load it in my condition cant seem to get help anywhere tried to get home imp loan but due to all my bills creit is poor so that lets that out if i dont get some releif they will eventually foreclose cant keep up 890.00 rent and 856.00 mtg plus 26.00 late my ins cancelled on 4=06 due to occupancy they chg 1175.00 for and then i had to pick up another co due to mtg they chg 1850. so for 1 yr i was forced to pay3100. they about have i am at bottom cant keep up robbing peter to pay paul and not enough left for more repairs any suggestions must get moved sone cant afford any more rent this apt was shared which helped but not any more i cant lift furn on to u haul which was cheapespest i could find they have a mover here that will do balance without me doing it but they want 2,000. to 2400. cash and then they will dont know if this is a good price or not suggestions please
