Can something be wrong with his insides? his mess stinks up the entire house.  

I know I'll probably get it for this, but yeah it could be and something as simple as a good cleaning does wonders.

Though I doubt he'd want to do a detox, that along with watching what you eat I think are important.

More fresh fruits and vegetables and less meat, (especially pork and some seafood) can help too. The saying you are what you eat brings this to light, the more junk you have, the more toxins in your body and it can make a big stink. (Pun intended...lol)

Sometimes it could be someones insides. He may need to detoxify his stomach out with something. Or you contact a doctor. They would know what to do in this situation like this. In the meantime, you may need to get an air freshner that targets strong odors. They have many that are selling on the market... Sometimes it has a lot to do with what a person eats as well.

Does he eat lots of vegetables? Usually people that eat alot of veggies have horrible smelling poos. Vegetarians smell horrible.

Well maybe mike has very slow digestive system and maybe takes days before he can go to restroom. I think you need to give him a lot of fruit and vegetable to make his system work faster. Plenty water and regular exercise will really help for him too if he willing to do it, for shake whole the family comfort. Oh I almost forget you can give him yogurt too.

Sounds like he's got something going on in his digestive track and he probably should see a doctor - but from what I've picked up, this isn't going to happen..

I hope you will not be offended, but can you ask him if he is taking something? My brother has that silly smell also when he is from the rest room. And I understand because he smokes. But if something terrible smell is going on, then we already suspects that he probably been using some drugs. Good that our house is a tropical one and it is just open so the smell doesn't stay in the house.

It sounds to me that there is fermentation going on in his bowels. This can be a result of improper food combining.
By doing a good colon cleanse could help, followed by a good diet of whole foods and grains. Drinking a glass of water each morning with a tablespoon of Psyllium, husks helps sweep out the crevasses in the intestines, where little pockets can fill with bits that will build up and eventually likely contribute to odor.
If a person keeps their bowels moving regularly and inputs good food, then there shouldn't be such a foul odor.
This isn't funny and I don't think that he necessarily has anything wrong with his insides but inputting choices of food that a reacting in a bad way.
This could also possibly be due to a certain food that he is consuming. Like pork for instance.

It sounds like he is eating something that is causing this but I have to say I would have a strong word with him about this as there is no harm in opening the Window and spray some Air freshener also suggest to him to go to the Doctor to have this checked out I hope it gets sorted as I have to be honest I would be mad about this to

Have you checked his diet? If you think this is a medical concern, have you noticed that he is having stomach pains or days where he feels bloated or has stomach discomfort? My mother has liver cancer and I can tell you that when she does pass gas it really stinks, especially when she eats something with oil that irritates her tummy. Humor is a defense we all make when we are scared and if it is that bad, then something must be wrong. The anger that family members exhibit towards Mike can make him feel more ashamed and may not want to seek medical help because he might think that he is being made fun of.
