Whats D difference btween D meat of a wildduck and a farm duck(duck eaters only)  

Hunting is a good bonding with friends, Its a nice experience to be camping out and go back to basics and be close to nature. So it has no difference with their domestic counterparts?

I ate only this one, but I don't remember a difference, except that it had probably done some intercontinental flights .

I had been wondering why domesticated ducks cant fly. I see them roaming free around the farm without escaping at all.

Some are flying, on very short distances. I think the non flying were selected to be bred in farms. They are also heavier than the savage ducks.

Oh yeah they were overfed since they were bred for their meat and eggs. Their meat reminds me a bit of beef. I think chicken is overrated.

I prefer to have a duck fillet with orange sauce than a a KFC ! Eggs are bigger and tasty, but difficult to find in shops. Have you tried duck's eggs, Albert ?

I have a duck egg cream brulee (whatever the spelling is) before and its delicious, My country have a delicacy made of duck eggs, Its duck egg with duck fetus inside, I bet you will never try it. We call it Balut. Balut have a yolk and its yolk is delicious. I dont eat the chick inside though.

Well, I have never found a fetus in a duck egg, but I know that it's edible now. I am not sure I will try .

I eat Balut but only the egg-yolk not the chick, I will give the chick to my cat. Most tourist who goes in the Philippines were always challenged to eat balut.

I think breaking it's neck was the fastest way of killing one, Its very fast since it's neck was very long. Is cutting it's head off possible?

It's really hard to kill a duck. I already tried slashing the viens in the neck to drain to blood just like killing a chicken and on top on that i hammered a nail in it's head but still it's won't die. It will remain alive for maybe 10 t0 15 minutes before it'll stop moving. So you have to make sure that it's tied up in the feet and the wings.

I guess gutting a duck wont be my Job, i'll just cook it , serve it and eat it but I wont dare gutting one if its really that hard.

Hunting is illegal in our country and they were endangered here but Europe and United states have plenty of them so they can enjoy hunting. I think they ere able to preserve and avoided abusing their resources thats why hunters can still hunt, In our country people hunt even it not season.

Yeah Filipinos hunt every animal that is large enough to eat lol!

Too bad the Philippines have really no laws on hunting seasons, so locals could hunt even off-season. There were lots of wild games in the Cordilleras but are now extinct because of hunters who go out to hunt everyday. Wild Boars and deers are really populated before in the my province but locals didn't mind the mating seasons where those animals could have developed offsprings.
